Shipping policy

Domestic (Canada)
All orders are handmade and shipped from my Toronto studio. Domestic shipping usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on whether the item is custom-made or in stock.

U.S. Orders
My products are made in Canada and qualify for preferential treatment under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA).

But in some cases import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected upon delivery by the courier. My commercial invoices accurately reflect the value of the items for customs purposes. 

International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs fees or taxes imposed by their country. Please check your local customs regulations before purchasing.

Processing & Handling
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
