Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Policy

Refunds
Once your refund is processed it may take 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that I cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged or altered. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment you used to place your order.
