When will my item ship?

Some pieces are made to order, while other pieces are created ahead of time. Therefore, ship times for each piece will vary. Currently it will take 2-5 days to ship your order. You may contact me at info@marcelarosemberg.com or call at (905) 269-0204 for any inquiries about your order or if you need me to ship your chosen pieces faster.


Customs and Import Taxes

My products are made in Canada. As of August 2026, the US government has placed an additional tariff on certain Canadian-made goods, including handcrafted glass and Judaica items, shipped into the United States. This means the CUSMA preferential treatment that previously applied to my products no longer exempts them from duty on US orders.

As a result, US customers should expect to pay import duty and a UPS brokerage fee upon delivery, based on the value of their item. These charges are collected directly by UPS and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are outside of my control. My commercial invoices accurately reflect the value of the items for customs purposes.
