Return Policy and Order Cancellations
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it (with the exception of special or custom orders and final sale items.

Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only; shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Your replacement order will not be mailed until I receive your return. There are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders. If your exchange costs more than the original order, you must pay the difference. If your exchange costs less than the original order, you will receive a credit for the difference.
Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. You will be informed at the time of purchase if an item is not returnable.
Items marked as "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
I realize that the 14-day return window may not be feasible for gifts, and I will accept gift returns within an extended time frame. If you return a gift, you may choose to receive a credit or to have the buyer refunded for the purchase price of the item, less return shipping charge.
If your package appears damaged, please call me at 905 269 0204 so I can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.

You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of return shipping. Note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was a gift, you may choose to receive a credit or to have the buyer refunded for the purchase price of the item. If you provided an email address when you ordered, I will notify you of the status of your return via email.
