Breaking the Chuppah Glass at a Jewish Wedding is a meaningful moment. The fragility of glass suggests the fragility of human relationships. Since even the strongest love is subject to disintegration, the glass is broken as a kind of incantation: “As this glass shatters, so may our marriage never break”.
I help you keep that unique day forever by creating a Personalized pair of Shabbat Candlesticks for your home with the Chuppah Glass Shards.
Every time you’ll light the Shabbat Candlesticks you’ll remember that communal “Mazel Tov” which means Good Fortune in Yiddish and is equivalent of Congratulations!
Have a pair of personalized Shabbat Candlesticks made from the shards of your Chuppah as a family heirloom.
What a wonderful way to have your Shabbat Candlesticks to start your Judaica collection!
This pair of Shabbat Candlesticks will be the foundation of a Jewish family heirloom. Smash the glass on your wedding.
Here is how it works:
- The moment I receive your order I’ll share with you my address to ship or drop off the Chuppah glass shards to me.
- Then you will ship the shards to me in a pouch or box wrapped with bubble wrap.
Dimensions: 5.5” x 5.5” x 3” approx.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!!!
I know the shards are dear to you, but please limit your estimated shipping value content of the “glass shards” to $15, otherwise I will have to pay custom duties, which I’ll charge to you later.
- Upon receiving the shards, I will use the cast glass technique in a kiln specially designed for glass to create the Shabbat candlesticks artwork.
- The finished Shabbat candlesticks will be shipped to you in 4-6 weeks. Any unused pieces will be returned to you.
